Miss Great Lakes Director

Rachel Fehland

Rachel (Gillespie) Fehland is a born and raised Hoosier Girl and no stranger to pageantry. She was a former competitor in the Miss Indiana Organization, crowned Mrs. Indiana United States in 2018, and crowned Mrs. Indiana Nation of States in 2022. She spends her free time advocating for Veterans & Military Families as part of her personal platform, “Giving Back to Those Who Gave All.” Her platform was inspired by her husband, a decorated United States Marine Corps Veteran. After graduating with a B.A in Sociology from Indiana University in 2011, began her work in the social services & mental health fields. She currently lives in Hebron, IN with her husband Cameron and a crew of misfit pets. Rachel is also a violinist, vocalist, and lover of all things Disney. Interview and talent are her favorite areas of competition! Rachel firmly believes in being true to yourself, giving it all you have, and never letting anyone dull your sparkle. Scholarship, Style, Service, and Success are the four points of the MAO crown, and is determined to help our titleholders shine in each of those areas!

Quinn Porter

Quinn hails from Michigan City, IN and holds a degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from Dominican University in Illinois. He’s also no stranger to the Miss Indiana Organization, getting his start helping with the Miss Duneland Organization when he was still in his teens. He then became the co-director for Miss Great Lakes before filling the vacant director position for Miss South Bend. Interview is his niche and he enjoys working with titleholders to have the strongest interview possible.
