MEET THE DIRECTORS
Rachel (Gillespie) Fehland is a born and raised Hoosier Girl and no stranger to pageantry. She was a former competitor in the Miss Indiana Organization and was Mrs. Indiana United States 2018. She spends her free time advocating for Veterans & Military Families as part of her platform, “Giving Back to Those Who Gave All.” Her platform was inspired by her husband, a decorated United States Marine Corps Veteran. After graduating with a B.A in Sociology from Indiana University in 2011, began her work in the social services & mental health fields. She currently lives in Hebron, IN with her husband Cameron. Rachel is also a violinist, vocalist, and lover of all things Disney. Interview and talent are her favorite areas of competition! Professionally, she works as an ABA Therapist and LimeLife Beauty Guide.
Rachel firmly believes in being true to yourself, giving it all you have, and never letting anyone dull your sparkle. Scholarship, Style, Service, and Success are the four points of the MAO crown, and we are determined to help our titleholders shine in each of those areas!
Hanna is a University of Missouri- Columbia graduate, who relocated from her home in Missouri for a career in Chicago. She resides in Highland, IN with her husband of 3 years and they just welcomed their first child, Everett, in May 2018. Hanna also has two fur babies- Lilly and Leo. Hanna began her path in pageantry as the 2010 Miss Marion County Fair Queen, and throughout college held 3 local MAO titles earning her the chance to compete on the Miss Missouri stage from 2011-2014. In 2015 she joined the Miss Audrain Board and served one full year before moving to Indiana. Shortly after earning her new Hoosier residency, Hanna was crowned Mrs. Indiana United States 2017 and competed on the National stage in July of 2017 in Orlando, FL. Hanna is well known for her eye for fashion, ability to bargain shop like a true queen, and her quick wit- She loves to cook, craft, and spend time with family. She also serves on the advisory board of the Hammond IN YMCA and spends her spare time advocating for her platform- Fighting Against Animal Abuse.
Quinn hails from Michigan City, IN and holds a degree in International Relations & Diplomacy from Dominican University in Illinois. He is currently works for GrubHub and is traveling all over the country signing new restaurants and snagging new contracts! Interview is his niche and he enjoys working with our titleholders to have the strongest interview possible! Quinn is one of the youngest local directors in all of MAO and he is super knowledgable about pageantry and pageant prep.
